¿What will you learn in a paddle surf lesson?

  • Choice of equipment depending on the conditions: Board, paddle and wetsuit.

  • Basic principles of SUP and glide through the water safely.
  • Balance, exercises and technique to catch waves with the paddle surf.
  • Knowledge of the material: use, cleaning and maintenance.
  • Enjoy the sea doing sport!

The price includes:

  • Paddle surf board. The instructor will choose for you the most suitable and the one that best suits you.
  • The wetsuit. Do not worry, we have the thickness, length and size that best suits you.
  • Private accident insurance.
  • Qualified instructor.
  • Van to move to other beaches if necessary.
  • Facilities. Changing rooms for both sexes, hot showers and WIFI connection.
  • Free storage of your valuables (wallet, cell phone, keys).

You must bring:

  • Swimwear (swimsuit/bikini). We recommend using it under the neoprene that we provide.
  • Towel and flip-flops.
