Returns and exchanges
All items are shipped by parcel post with Envialia. Therefore, you have the opportunity to track your package using the tracking number from shipment until it is delivered. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and/or the contents are damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately at email@example.com.
Delivery times and costs
Spain: 48-72 hours working days.
– Peninsula: 3,5 € / shipment
– Balearic Islands: 10 € / shipment
For the return of a physical product (clothing, surf equipment…), you have 14 calendar days from the delivery of this to access the money back (art.44 of the law 7/1996, January 15 Retail Trade Management amended by law 47/2002, December 19).
As a result of a return, in which the customer does not keep the product, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer. To process a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition by registered mail or private company, with its original packaging and labels on, including a copy of the order and indicating that it is for return inside the package to the following address:

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and check the correct condition of this, Manihi Surf will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the payment of the amount conformed according to the method of payment previously made:
– If the payment has been made through credit or debit card, the refund of the amount will be made to the same card. Please note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank may not show the amount refunded until the following month.
– If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount. The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.
– For payments made through PayPal, the refund will be made to the same PayPal account.
Before making the return, please note that Manihi Surf does not support freight collect shipments (return costs are the responsibility of the customer), so we recommend following this guide and contact us if in doubt at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not accept refunds for the purchase of any of our services (lessons, courses, camps and special programmed activities). Only in case of medical justification and presenting official documentation will be able to request a refund of the amount of the purchased service. Manihi Surf will make available to the client alternatives that allow the activity to be carried out on another date or modality:
– Issuance of a “voucher” without expiration date for the person in question or another person.
– Change of date of the activity.
– Exchange of the activity for an equipment rental voucher of X hours.
– Substitution of the activity for another of similar cost.
Items on offer (if applicable)
Only standard priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To make a size or product exchange you must make a return of the product or item (indicated in the process above) and a new order of the product with the model/size you wish to receive. As long as the product was purchased at standard price and was not purchased on sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com and send your item to the above address.
*Products purchased online can also be returned in person at our physical Manihi Surf store in Barcelona.
