The present Conditions are intended to regulate the use of this web page that RANGIROA SURF S.L. (Manihi Surf School) makes available to the public at this URL.
The use of the web page by a third party confers the condition of User and implies the full acceptance by the User, of each and every one of the conditions that are incorporated in this Legal Notice.
The owner of the Web can offer through this website, services or products that may be subject to special conditions that, depending on the case, replace, complete and / or modify these Conditions, and on which the User will be informed in each specific case.

The purchase of our products and services may be restricted to their availability and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor screen will not distort the color.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

5. Delivery Policy
Shipping costs are:
National shipping (peninsula, Portugal and Balearic Islands) up to 500gr 3,5€ and between 500gr and 2kg 6€ and delivery will be between 48 to 72 h.
For Europe up to 500 gr. 7€ from 500gr to 2kg 9.50€ and delivery from 3 to 5 working days.
For the rest of the world, up to 500 gr 9.50€ and 500 gr to 2 kg 14€ and delivery from 7 to 14 working days.

Although external service providers are involved, the quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Return policy

Physical products
For the return of a physical product (clothing, surf equipment …), you have 14 calendar days from the delivery of this to access the money back (art.44 of the law 7/1996, January 15 Retail Trade Management amended by law 47/2002, December 19).

As a result of a return, in which the customer does not keep the product, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer. To process a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition by registered mail or private company, with its original packaging and labels on, including a copy of the order and indicating that it is for return inside the package to the following address:

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check the correct condition of this, Manihi Surf will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the payment of the amount according to the method of payment previously made:

– If the payment has been made through credit or debit card, the refund of the amount will be made to the same card. Please note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank may not show the amount refunded until the following month.
– If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount. The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.
– For payments made through PayPal, the refund will be made to the same PayPal account.

Before making the return, please note that Manihi Surf does not support freight collect shipments (return costs are the responsibility of the customer), so we recommend following this guide and contact us if in doubt at info@manihisurfschool.com

Services
We do not accept refunds for the purchase of any of our services (lessons, courses, camps and special programmed activities). Only in case of medical justification and presenting official documentation will be able to request a refund of the amount of the purchased service. Manihi Surf will make available to the client alternatives that allow the activity to be carried out on another date or modality:

– Issuance of a “voucher” without expiration date for the person in question or another person.
– Change of date of the activity.
– Exchange of the activity for an equipment rental voucher of X hours.
– Substitution of the activity for another of similar cost.

7. Taxes
Prices include taxes.

8. Other provisions applicable legislation and notifications
The present conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with European legislation. All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications that the user wishes to make to the Company owner of the website must be made in writing.

8. Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in the present Conditions were declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect such provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting the present general conditions in all the rest, considering such provision totally or partially as not included.
